Egg Crate or Louvre panels are made from Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), a strong and impact-resistant thermoplastic.  This is an extremely versatile product with uses in lighting, signage, POP displays, HVAC ventilation, awning and many other applications. The open-cell egg crate greatly improves ventilation, resulting in lower operating temperatures, thus improving lamp performance and increasing ballast life. These louvres will not interfere with ceiling sprinkler systems and are destabilised to repel and retard dust accumulation.
