BCJ Plastic Products has been developing and delivering quality performance plastic products to meet the needs of our customers across a diverse industry base since the 1970s. With a wealth of experience and decades of combined knowledge, our team offers a unique service that provides tailored solutions to your specific needs.
BCJ Plastic Products captures the full range of plastic manufacturing capability – CNC programming and cutting, fabrication, welding, moulding thermo-forming and vacuum forming, using some of the largest and most capable state-of-the-art machinery available to optimise solutions for our clients.
Our commitment to innovation, backed by our in-house design support and manufacturing capability, allows us to deliver an extensive array of products, catering to the diverse requirements of our many and varied clients.
For over 40 years, BCJ Plastic Products has prided itself on working collaboratively with our existing and new customers to provide great service from knowledgable experts, backed up by the delivery of great quality products made by our experienced master craftsmen.
With our in-house design capability, and expertise in the full range of performance plastic materials, we are fully equipped to work with local, national and international clients to develop new products, or to improve existing ones.

Our innovative and inclusive culture, can-do attitude and creative thinking allow us to provide high-quality advice and solutions for our customers.
With over 30 years of experience in a variety of roles in the mining services sector, and with a focus on quality customer service, Scott brings broad local, national and international business leadership and management experience to the team.
Hailing from South Africa, Robby brings over 20 years of experience in dealing with performance plastics, understanding the characteristics and capability of the materials, and knowing the right method to achieve the best outcome. With a deep understanding developed from hands-on design to manufacturing experience, Robby can understand your project, know how it can be best achieved to give you the result you want and help you turn it into reality.
Nat is the ever-friendly voice of BCJ Plastic Products. Always happy to use her wealth of experience and plastic knowledge to provide guidance and advice, she gets the most pleasure from helping a customer and delivering a quality solution.
Dee is our highly adaptable and experienced front office manager. Hailing from NZ, and with a broad background across industry, she has been involved in office administration for over 30 years. A whiz on our accounting system, Dee is always keen to help our customers place orders, follow up on queries, sort out accounts, or simply direct your enquiry. Whatever you need, give Dee a call!
With a background in carpentry and cabinet making, Sukh started in the performance plastics industry upon moving to Perth in 2009. With broad experience in tool and mould making, and a deep understanding of the capability of performance plastics, Sukh particularly adapted to our CNC machines. With a significant depth of knowledge around both CAD and 3D design, Sukh is able to turn sketches into computer models, giving BCJ Plastic Products the capability to manage your project from design to delivery.
