Lighthouse Lamp At Perth Museum

A lighthouse is a tall tower with bright light and lenses that guide ships to port at night and warn sailors of sandbars, reefs, and rocky coastlines.

Each lighthouse has a large lamp atop the structure. It illuminates at night when everything else is dark.

The lamp, which is installed in the lantern room with glass windows, functions as a flashlight and allows boats and ships to see land from a great distance out at sea.

The light beam system is so powerful and effective that it can help sailors who become disoriented at sea find their way back to shore, even during storms and foggy nights.

Check out this Lighthouse Lamp that we restored in collaboration with the Perth Museum.
