Terms & Conditions

1. All quotes are valid for the period of 30 DAYS from date of Quote. After this expires the quote will need to be renegotiated.

2. The price in the final quote may vary from the original request if there are any price or product changes requested by the customers. BCJ Plastic Products reserves the right to alter product and prices in the quote prior to the confirmation of the quote with the customer.

3. Quotes shall be deemed to correctly include the original specifications and are based on the cost at the time the quote is given. If you later require any changes to the quote, and we agree to the changes, these changes will be charged at our current rate.

4. In the event that products in the quote are subjected to any price and supply fluctuation that is outside of our control, we reserve the right to update the price and product in the quote accordingly.

5. While we endeavor to honor every price quoted, if there is a price increase that is beyond our control, we reserve the right to increase the price as necessary.

6. Unless stated in the quotation the customer is responsible for the following costs:

a. Altering quantity to quoted quantity specified by the supplier.

b. Tooling requirements.

c. Expenses incurred by BCJ Plastic Products due to cancellation of the order.

d. Expenses incurred by BCJ Plastic Products due to the deferral of delivery at the customer’s request beyond the delivery date specified.

e. Expenses for delivery or installation.

7. BCJ Plastic Products quotation number must be noted on all purchase orders.

8. The customer is responsible for ensuring all quantities quoted are accurate and that all orders placed reflect the correct quantities.

9. Once items are manufactured or ordered for this quote and ready for dispatch the customer will be notified and invoiced accordingly

10. Due to the nature of plastic moulding and manufacture, and the applications anticipated for our products, BCJ Plastic Products provides a limited warranty of 3 months from date of manufacture for defects in workmanship or materials failure.
