UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Poly Ethylene)

Known as Polystone UHMWPE, is a very rigid material for use in general plant engineering where unique properties, excellent impact strength, and wear and abrasion resistance are required. It has a very high molecular weight, making it highly resistant to abrasion and wear, and it can withstand significant impact without cracking or breaking.

Can be purchased in full sheets OR we offer a cut-to-size service. We also can radius the corners and scrape or cut to a shape/pattern. UHMWPE rod is also available – must be purchased in full length only.

Available sheet thickness, colour & size:

• Colour: White/ Natural & Black
• Thickness: 3, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 50, 100mm
• Sheet sizes available are 3000 X 1220mm (other sheet sizes may be available, please call for availability)

UHMWPE Rod (thickness, size/ diameter & colour):

• Available rod diameter is White & Black
• 2m Lengths 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100mm
• 0.5m Lengths 110, 120, 125, 130, 140, 150mm cut to size sheet
• We offer a cut-to-size service for UHMWPE Rod – 10 to 45mm O.Dia. must be purchased in full length only
• 50mm diameter & over MINIMUM cut-to-size is 500mm
