Trade Names : (Foamed Poly Vinyl Chloride) Semi Rigid Extruded Sheet Foamed PVC is an extruded semi rigid sheet available in a range of colours. Foamed PVC has a myriad of applications in the sign, display, exhibition and building industries due to its extreme versatility and robustness.

Screen printing, Vinyl graphics & photographic print-mounting, Cooling insulation, Partition board, Industrial linings, display applications, exhibition & building applications.

Food Suitability

PVC has not passed the USA’s Food & Drugs Administration (FDA) for usage in the food industry and therefore not recommended for use in the food industry.

Chemical Resistance

Foamed PVC is resistant to acids, alkaline solutions, alcohols, oils, fats, aliphatic hydrocarbons and petrol.
Foamed PVC is NOT resistant to benzole, chlorinated hydrocarbons, esters and ketones.

Weather Resistance

Foamed PVC semi rigid sheet has excellent resistance to weathering.

Flammability

Self extinguishing properties.

Colour Range

3mm comes in White, Blue, Black, Yellow, Green, Grey & Red.

Cut to Size

We offer a Cut To Size service for all sheet products.
We also can radius the corners and also scrape, or cut to a shape/pattern

Thickness

1, 2, 4.5, 6, 8, 10mm comes in White only.

Sheet Size

In all thicknesses is 1220 X 2440mm (8 X 4 Ft.)
