We have 40 years experience in vacuum forming, and have a range of vacuum forming capability which allows us to mould from very small objects to much larger products.

We had lots of fun developing and then turning this giant Masters Milk bottle replica into reality for a Nova 93.7 FM brand activation event.

Lighting and Effects

Plastic is used to diffuse light, and to create a range of lighting effects. Plastic materials can be moulded into various shapes to disperse light and create captivating visual effects for concerts, theatre productions, and events.

Decorations

Plastic decorations can provide the one off backdrop, or the long lasting, durable and practical outcomes you need for weddings, parties, trade shows, and other events. They are easy to transport, set up, and store for future use.

This striking Blue Tree created using CNC-machining technology is one of our favourite projects. It was machined using HDPE, a highly rigid material that’s usually used for engineering, tank construction and wastewater projects. In this case, it stepped up as a creative medium for a beautiful prop for a great cause.

Art Installations

Artists often incorporate plastic materials into their installations and sculptures due to their malleability and the ability to achieve unique textures and shapes.

Check out this beautiful and unique public art piece. ‘The Safeguard’ is an illuminated set of four colourful translucent acrylic forms we manufactured for an art piece by West Australian artist Denise Pepper.
